  - Entries are accepted for the first 20 participants (boys or girls) on a first-come, 

     first-served basis.
  - Participants have the option to choose Dance or Show & Tell.
  - Anyone unable to use the online form can pick up a paper entry copy 

     at Manito Community Bank by asking for Pamela.
